In addition to his current studies and sports activities, Marko is an active participant in local events at all times, believes in community building and teamwork. His motto is: "Memento Mori".

As an athlete and mountaineer, he is actively involved in the issue of sustainability, and accordingly he will be a credible advocate in promoting, implementing and representing the relationship between sport and sustainability.
